Conditions of Entry:
1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
2. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
3. Every attendee MUST enter the hall with a valid ticket, including children of all ages & infants.
4. All areas are numbered seating. System will auto-assign the "Next Available Seat". Please check the seat(s) assigned to you before you proceed with payment.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.
Terms of Sales:
1. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM4 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).
2. There will be a RM10 Operational Fee (exclude 8% SST) applicable per transaction.
3. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
4. No refund or exchange of ticket(s) is allowed once your booking is confirmed.
5. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
6. In the event of an Event being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all purchasers using the contact details provided when the order was made. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect of travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.

Child Ticket:
RM50 standard child ticket (Children below the age of 2 are eligible for a child ticket at RM50 without seat. Terms and conditions apply.)

1. Setiap tiket dilampirkan dengan kod QR UNIK (penggunaan sekali sahaja) yang akan diimbas semasa kemasukan. Sila elakkan daripada menyiarkan e-tiket anda dalam talian atau berkongsi dengan orang lain untuk mengelakkan pemalsuan.
2. E-tiket dalam format tangkapan layar atau imej TIDAK akan diterima sebagai bukti kemasukan.
3. Setiap pengunjung WAJIB mempunyai tiket yang sah untuk memasuki tempat konsert, termasuk kanak-kanak dari semua peringkat umur serta bayi.
4. Semua tempat duduk adalah bernombor. Sistem akan secara automatik menetapkan "Tempat Duduk Seterusnya Yang Tersedia". Sila semak tempat duduk yang diberikan sebelum meneruskan pembayaran.
5. Penganjur berhak untuk menolak kemasukan mana-mana individu.
Syarat Jualan:
1. Harga tiket adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia dan tidak termasuk yuran tempahan tiket RM4 (tidak termasuk 8% SST).
2. Yuran operasi sebanyak RM10 (tidak termasuk 8% SST) akan dikenakan untuk setiap transaksi.
3. Pembelian tiket berdasarkan “first come, first serve” dan bergantung pada ketersediaan.
4. Pembayaran balik ataupun pertukaran tiket tidak akan dibenarkan setelah tempahan anda telah disahkan.
5. Kehilangan atau kerosakan tiket tidak akan dilayankan.
6.Sekiranya acara dibatalkan atau ditangguhkan, atau berlaku perubahan ketara terhadap lokasi atau kandungan acara, peserta konsert akan dihubungi berdasarkan maklumat yang diberikan semasa pembelian tiket. Walau bagaimanapun, peserta konsert bertanggungjawab untuk menyemak sama ada acara akan berlangsung pada tarikh, masa dan lokasi yang telah ditetapkan. Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang perbelanjaan tambahan seperti kos perjalanan, penginapan dan lain-lain yang timbul akibat penangguhan atau pembatalan acara.

Tiket Kanak – Kanak:
Tiket kanak-kanak standard berharga RM50. (Kanak-kanak di bawah umur 2 tahun layak membeli tiket kanak-kanak RM50 tanpa tempat duduk. Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat.)

3. 门票先到先得。
4. 购票后恕不退票或换票。
5. 丢失或损坏的门票将不予受理。
6. 如果活动被取消或推迟，或者场地或内容变动，我们将尽最大努力使用下订单时提供的联系方式通知所有购买者。但是，购买者有责任检查活动是否在预定的日期、时间和地点进行。对于您可能因旅行、住宿或因活动取消或推迟而产生的其他费用，我们不承担任何责任。
7. 其他条款和条件可能会另外实施或执行。
儿童票:
身高 95 公分及以下的儿童须购买价值 RM50 只限入场不附席位的儿童票；而身高 95 公分以上的儿童则须依据票价购票。

Admission Policy:
1. To enter the venue, every attendee MUST print & present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children of all ages & infants.

5. The Organiser or ticket agent shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage on tickets sold.
6. The Organiser reserves the rights to revise time, event layout and audience capacity without prior notice.
7. Wearing mask throughout at the venue is advisable.
8. Strictly NO photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the show.
9. Ticketholder may be subject to body/bag checks upon entering the venue.
10. It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
11. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Organizer/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the Organizer.
12. By entering the Event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules or other regulations. Organizer and/or venue may at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse admittance or exclude any attendees who does not respect the above said rules as well as behaving in an inappropriate manner.
13. Other terms and conditions apply.
Late Admission Rules:
Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser/ticket provider, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorized resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes(including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final.
Dasar Kemasukan:
1. Untuk kemasukan tempat konsert, setiap peserta konsert WAJIB mencetak & mengemukakan e-tiket yang sah dengan kod QR untuk pengesahan termasuk kanak-kanak dari semua peringkat umur serta bayi.
2. E-tiket dalam format tangkapan layar atau imej TIDAK akan diterima sebagai bukti kemasukan.
3. Setiap tiket yang dilampirkan dengan kod QR UNIK (penggunaan sekali sahaja) akan diimbas untuk kemasukan. Sila elakkan dari menyiarkan e-tiket anda atas talian atau berkongsi dengan orang lain untuk mengelakkan pemalsuan.
4. Tiket yang telah dijual tidak boleh dikembalikan atau ditukar.
5. Penganjur atau ejen tiket tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan pada tiket yang dijual.
6. Penganjur berhak untuk membuat sebarang pindaan ke atas waktu acara, susun atur lokasi serta kapasiti penonton tanpa sebarang notis awal
7. Peserta konsert digalakkan untuk memakai pelitup muka sepanjang berada di dalam kawasan acara.
8. TIADA sebarang jenis fotografi profesional, video atau rakaman audio dibenarkan semasa persembahan.
9. Pemeriksaan badan/beg ke atas peserta konsert mungkin dilakukan di pintu masuk.
10. Dilarang membawa sebarang senjata, objek tajam, bahan letupan, toksik, barang yang mudah terbakar ataupun radioaktif, narkotik dan psikotropik, makanan dan minuman, atau barang-barang yang boleh menyebabkan gangguan kepada pelaksanaan acara yang telah diatur.
11. Kemasukan ke tempat konsert boleh dinafikan sekiranya terdapat keraguan terhadap keaslian tiket, termasuk tiket yang rosak, telah diubah suai, atau diperoleh melalui saluran yang tidak rasmi dan tidak dibenarkan oleh pihak Penganjur/BookMyShow.
12. Dengan menghadiri acara ini, Peserta konsert bersetuju untuk menerima dan mematuhi sebarang peraturan tempat atau peraturan lain. Pihak Penganjur berhak sepenuhnya untuk menolak atau membatalkan kemasukan mana-mana individu yang gagal mematuhi peraturan atau yang berkelakuan tidak wajar.
13. Terma dan syarat lain turut terpakai.
Peraturan Kemasukan Lewat:
Ketibaan lewat boleh menyebabkan penonton tidak dibenarkan masuk sehingga waktu rehat yang sesuai dalam persembahan.
Tiket tidak boleh dijual semula atau ditawarkan untuk dijual semula pada harga yang lebih tinggi (termasuk melalui lelongan dalam talian atau laman jualan semula yang tidak sah) atau digunakan untuk tujuan pengiklanan, promosi atau tujuan komersial lain (termasuk peraduan dan promosi perdagangan) atau bagi meningkatkan permintaan terhadap barangan atau perkhidmatan lain tanpa kebenaran bertulis terlebih dahulu daripada Penganjur atau penyedia tiket. Sekiranya tiket dijual atau digunakan dengan melanggar syarat ini, tiket tersebut boleh dibatalkan tanpa sebarang bayaran balik dan pemegang tiket boleh dinafikan kemasukan.
Penganjur berhak untuk meminda syarat-syarat di atas tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu. Sekiranya berlaku sebarang pertikaian, keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad.

10. 禁止携带任何武器、尖锐物品、易爆、有毒、易燃、放射性物品，麻醉药品和精神药品，食品饮料，或可能干扰活动正常有序进行的物品进入场馆。
11. 如果门票的真实性或有效性受到质疑，包括门票是否有任何损坏或污损，或者不是从 Organiser/BookMyShow 或主办方授权的销售点购买的，可能会拒进入场馆观看。
12. 您同意接受并遵守任何场地规则或其他规定。主办方和/或场馆管理可以自行决定及保留权利拒绝持票人入场或排除任何不遵守上述规则以及行为不当的持票人。
13. 其他条款和条件可能会另外实施或执行。
延迟入场规则:
迟到可能导致禁止入场，直到活动适当的时段。
主办方/票务提供商未事先书面同意，不得转售或加价转售门票（包括通过网络拍卖或其他未经授权的转售网站），也不能用于广告、促销或其他商业目的（包括比赛和贸易促销），或提高对其他商品或服务的需求。如果票证以违反本条件的方式出售或使用，则票证可能会被取消且不予退款，并且持票人可能会被拒绝入场。
主办方保留随时修改上述条款的权利，恕不提前通知。如有任何争议，主办方的决定为最终决定。
