Terms of Sales:
1. Please check the item(s) selected before you proceed with payment.
2. Each item is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned for validation. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
3. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
4. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM4 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).
5. Item(s) is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
6. No refund or exchange of item(s) is allowed once your booking is confirmed.
7. The Organiser reserves the right not to entertain and no refund for any uncollected item(s).
商品销售条款:
1. 请在付款前检查您选择的商品。
2. 每件商品都附有唯一的二维码（仅限一次性使用)，将被扫描以进行验证。请不要在网上发布您的电子门票或与他人共享，以防止伪造。
3. 电子门票一律不接受截图 / 图片格式。
4. 价格以马币报价并且还未附加 RM4 Booking Fee (未包含 8% SST)。
5. 每件商品先到先得。商品各数量有限，售完为止。
6. 购买后恕不退款或更换。
7. 活动当天所有未领取的商品，主办和代理票务公司将有权利不接纳任何外来因素，并且不退款处理。

5. Please check your item(s) before you leave collection counter. If item(s) is in defective condition, please inform the officer immediately. Any changes after that will not be entertained.
6. The Organiser reserves the right not to entertain and no refund for any uncollected item(s).
7. Collection may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Organiser/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the Organiser.

9. Other terms and conditions apply.
Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser/ticket provider, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorized resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes(including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused collection.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final.

5. 请离开柜台前检查您的商品。购买商品如遇有瑕疵状况, 请立即告知工作人员。此后任何更换将不再受理。

7. 如果门票的真实性或有效性受到质疑，包括门票是否有任何损坏或污损，或者不是从 Organiser/BookMyShow 或主办方授权的销售点购买的，可能会被拒绝领取。
8. 请留意 iMe Malaysia / BookMyShow MY 社交媒体了解领取详情。
9. 其他条款和条件可能会另外实施或执行。
主办方/票务提供商未事先书面同意，不得转售或加价转售门票（包括通过网络拍卖或其他未经授权的转售网站），也不能用于广告、促销或其他商业目的（包括比赛和贸易促销），或提高对其他商品或服务的需求。如果票证以违反本条件的方式出售或使用，则票证可能会被取消且不予退款，并且持票人可能会被拒绝领取商品。
主办方保留随时修改上述条款的权利，恕不提前通知。如有任何争议，主办方的决定为最终决定。
