Notes:
1. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
2. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
3. No admission for children aged 5 years or below into the venue. Standing Zone: No admission for children aged 12 years or below, pregnant lady, and wheelchair users. All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 or above.
4. CAT 1 is standing zone. System will auto-assign the queue number(s) in batches based on "Next Available". Queue number might / might not be used on the event day for admission purposes.
5. CAT 2 & CAT 3 are numbered seating. System will auto-assign the "Next Available Seat".
Terms of Sales:
1. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM8 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).
2. There will be a RM10 Operational Fee (exclude 8% SST) applicable per transaction.
3. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
4. No refund or exchange of ticket(s) is allowed once your booking is confirmed.
5. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
6. The organizer reserves the right to revise event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
7. If the event is cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all users. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the latest event information.
8. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or higher value of the initial purchase price is strictly prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have not been purchased from the official sales platform without prior notice or refund.
9. Other terms and conditions apply.

4. 购票后恕不退票或换票。

6. 如果活动被取消或推迟，或者场地或内容变更，我们将尽最大努力使用下订单时提供的联系方式通知所有购买者。但是，购买者有责任检查活动是否在预定的日期、时间和地点进行。对于您可能因旅行、住宿或因活动取消或推迟而产生的其他费用，我们不承担任何责任。

In May 2026, he will hold Live 2026 “Re:Smile” at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa.

Admission Policy:
1. To enter the venue, every attendee MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
2. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
3. CAT 1 (Standing Zone): Queue number might / might not be used on the event day for admission purposes.
4. The Organiser or ticket agent shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage on tickets sold.
5. The Organiser reserves the rights to revise time, event layout and audience capacity without prior notice.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to deny admission or cancel any ticket found to be in breach of venue or ticketing terms and conditions, without refund.
7. Re-entry may be restricted at the Organiser’s discretion, subject to crowd conditions and security considerations.
8. All patrons are required to comply with instructions issued by security personnel and event staff at all times.
9. Overnight queuing and the formation of any unauthorized queue systems are strictly prohibited. Official queueing procedures will be communicated by the Organiser in advance.
10. Wearing mask throughout at the venue is advisable.
11. No outside food and beverage is allowed in the venue.
12. Zepp Kuala Lumpur is a smoke-free venue. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the premises.
13. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. Your image, likeness, and voice may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
14. Lightsticks, banners, and fan items may be subject to size, safety, and usage restrictions at the Organiser’s discretion. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, lightsticks must not exceed 30cm in length and must not be excessively bright.
15. Photography, video, audio recording, and live streaming during the performance are strictly prohibited. Cameras, drones, and any audio or video recording devices are not permitted unless otherwise stated. To prevent photo taking and video recording during performance, stickers to cover phone cameras will be distributed at the venue entrance. All patrons are required to affix the stickers over their phone camera before entry.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to conduct body and bag checks for security purposes upon entry to the venue.
17. It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of binoculars ,weapons, sharp objects, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, laser pointers, noisemakers, balloons, and any disruptive items, large signs exceeding A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm), large bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm ,selfie sticks and long umbrellas, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
18. The above mentioned is not limited to other items, at the discretion of the security officers, found during bag checks that may be deemed dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to the running of the event. *Banners must not show any form of offensive or political symbols, text or advertisements*. Attendees will have to leave the queue to dispose of the item(s) and re-queue.The organizers reserve the right to amend any of the stated terms without prior notice.
19. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Organiser/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the Organiser.
20. By entering the Event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules or other regulations. Organiser and/or venue may at their sole discretion reserve the right to refuse admittance or exclude any attendees who do not respect the above said rules as well as behaving in an inappropriate manner.
21. Other terms and conditions apply.
Late Admission Rules:
The event is scheduled to start at 8PM on 8 May (Saturday) and at 7PM on 9 May (Sunday) respectively, so please enter the venue by or before then.
Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser/ticket provider, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorized resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes(including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final.

1. 每位观众都必须出示有效的二维码电子门票以进行验证。电子门票一律不接受截图 / 图片格式。

8. 现场所有观众必须随时遵从安保人员和活动工作人员的指示。
9. 严禁彻夜排队或形成任何未经许可的排队系统。 排队程序将由主办方提前另行公布。
10. 建议观众全程佩戴口罩。
11. 场馆内不允许外带食物和饮料。
12. Zepp Kuala Lumpur为无烟场地，场内严禁吸烟及使用电子烟。
13. 通过购买门票和／或进入场馆，即表示您同意被拍照、录像及录音。您的影像、肖像及声音可能会被用于宣传及市场推广用途，且不会另行支付任何报酬。
14. 应援棒、横幅及粉丝应援物品可能会根据主办方的判断，受到尺寸、安全及使用方面的限制。为确保所有观众拥有安全且良好的观演体验，应援棒长度不得超过30厘米，且亮度不得过于刺眼。
15. 演出期间严禁进行拍照、录像、录音及直播。除非另有说明，场内禁止携带相机、无人机及任何音视频录制设备。为防止观众在演出期间进行拍摄及录像，主办方将在入场处派发手机镜头贴纸。所有观众须在入场前将贴纸贴于手机镜头上。
16. 主办方保留在入场时，为安全目的对观众进行人身及包袋检查的权利。
17. 禁止携带任何双筒望远镜、武器、尖锐物品、爆炸物、易燃或危险物品、毒品及精神类物质、激光笔、发声器具、气球，以及任何干扰物品进入场内；包括超过A4尺寸（21cm x 29.7cm）的大型标语牌、超过35cm x 20cm的大型包袋、自拍杆及长柄雨伞，或任何可能影响活动正常有序进行的物品。
18. 上述列举并非全部，安检人员在检查过程中，若发现其他被认定为危险、不适当或可能干扰活动进行的物品，亦有权禁止携带入场。横幅不得展示任何具冒犯性或涉及政治的标志、文字或广告。观众需离开排队队伍处理相关物品后，方可重新排队入场。主办方保留在不事先通知的情况下，修改上述条款的权利。
19. 如果门票的真实性或有效性受到质疑，包括门票是否有任何损坏或污损，或者不是从 Organiser/BookMyShow 或主办方授权的销售点购买的，可能会拒进入场馆观看。
20. 您同意接受并遵守任何场地规则或其他规定。主办方和/或场馆管理可以自行决定及保留权利拒绝持票人入场或排除任何不遵守上述规则以及行为不当的持票人。
21. 其他条款和条件可能会另外实施或执行。
延迟入场规则:
活动分别在 8 月 8 日，星期六（ 晚上 8 点 ）和 8 月 9 日，星期日（ 晚上 7 点 ）开始，请确保您在此之前入场。
迟到可能导致禁止入场，直到活动适当的时段。
主办方/票务提供商未事先书面同意，不得转售或加价转售门票（包括通过网络拍卖或其他未经授权的转售网站），也不能用于广告、促销或其他商业目的（包括比赛和贸易促销），或提高对其他商品或服务的需求。如果票证以违反本条件的方式出售或使用，则票证可能会被取消且不予退款，并且持票人可能会被拒绝入场。
主办方保留随时修改上述条款的权利，恕不提前通知。如有任何争议，主办方的决定为最终决定。
