Admission Policy:

1. Each ticket admits one (1) person for a single entry only.

2. Entry is permitted with a physical ticket or PDF e-ticket displaying the QR code, event details, and order number. Screenshots or image files are not accepted.

3. All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost, damaged, stolen, or misused tickets will not be reissued or replaced. Do not share, post, or circulate your ticket in any form to prevent possible forgery or unauthorised use. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets.

4. All attendees are subject to bag checks and security screening. The following are strictly prohibited: video/audio recording, live streaming, use of electronic devices other than mobile phones and power banks, outside food and drinks, stainless steel, aluminum, glass bottles, laser pointers, noise devices, view-obstructing items, offensive flags or banners, selfie sticks, stabilizers, tripods, large luggage, folding chairs, non-collapsible umbrellas, helmets, alcohol, illegal substances, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any items deemed inappropriate by the Organiser. Violators will be removed, and confiscated items will not be returned.

5. Only tickets purchased through the Organiser’s designated official channels are valid. All ticket sales and purchases are at the sole discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to verify and cancel tickets resold, scalped, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes without refund. Tickets may not be resold or used for advertising, promotions, commercial activities, competitions, lucky draws, trade promotions, or offered as gifts with other products or services. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event terms, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the event without refund or compensation.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend event rules and terms without prior notice. Please stay updated via the official website at starplanet.com.my or the Organiser’s social media channels.

7. Late Entry Policy: The event is scheduled to begin promptly at 8:00 PM. Please arrive early or on time. Actual performance times may vary without prior notice. Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate intervals.

5. 仅限通过主办方指定官方渠道购票者入场，所有门票销售与购买均由主办方全权决定。主办方有权核查并取消任何转售、炒卖或用于未经授权商业用途的门票，且不退款。所有门票不得转售、不得用于广告、宣传、商业用途、竞赛、抽奖、促销活动或作为其他商品/服务的附加赠品。主办方亦有权拒绝或请离违规、行为不当或扰乱秩序者，恕不退款或赔偿。
